Cancellation: The Melted Elephant does not accept order cancellations. Once your order is placed and paid you accept all responsibilities of acknowledging TAT and shipping days.

The Melted Elephant does not accept returns or exchanges, or refund for any products. If there is a problem with your order please email hello@themeltedelephant.com with your order number and photos within 48 hours of delivery.
